Bianca D. McCall
Bianca D. McCall is a retired professional women’s basketball player, TEDx Speaker, Licensed Clinical Therapist with 25 years professional experience in behavioral health, with a specialization in emergency mental health action planning, prevention, interventions, and treatment. She is a Nevada State Certification Specialist, and pre & post service field instructor for the University of Nevada, Reno Centers for Substance Abuse Technologies (CASAT). McCall is 11 years a Healthcare CEO, which provided housing and integrated behavioral health resources to groups experiencing homelessness, mental health crises and increased suicide risks. Bianca is an entrepreneur in the health-tech space, and her tech company is the co-developer of the peer-to-peer mobile health application called Reach-In Now™- a proven model from iRel8 having use cases in the U.S. Military- Green Berets, and more than 20 public departments in health, safety, and education across the U.S.
Bianca, is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and grew up in Sonoma County, California. She is the eldest child and only daughter of Dave and Beatrice McCall. She has two brothers, two nieces, two nephews, and two canine family members. Bianca brings a genuineness and passion to every space she is in. She enjoys her first love of basketball, now as a recreational player and very emotional spectator. She considers herself highly competitive although she is known for her approachability and humility. Bianca- a serious foodie, loves traveling, movie-watching, and golf.
