We developed the RIN™ WellXcel Health Course and host its digital content on an innovative tech platform that combines storytelling and self-help content, with intelligent connection to wellness resources in real-time, to support the mental health needs of the education system’s major stakeholder groups: Students (YOU), Faculty & Staff (PRO), and the Student-Families (COMM).
WellXcel Youth
This is a certificate program, which can supplement elective credit requirements for student graduation. Subjects covered in this course range from the six stages and six domains of wellness to self-identification, coping strategies, performance, and applications for accountability.
WellXcel Professional
The WellXcel PRO is tailored for professionals who work with vulnerable populations, are prone to experiences of Empathy-Based Stress, and may be at risk for Compassion Fatigue. This is a certificate program, which can supplement workforce development and Continuing Education Units for professionals in Public Education, Health, Safety, and Sports.
WellXcel Community
The WellXcel COM is tailored for student families and supportive community members, involved, and invested in the organization’s mental health culture. This is a certificate program, which can supplement program participation requirements, workforce development and Continuing Education Units for professionals in Public Education, Health, Safety, and Sports.
